ServSafe® Manager Certification Class is a nationally accredited food safety certification by the National Restaurant Association. Learn the current food safety and sanitation information from a certified instructor.
ServSafe® Manager Certification Class includes textbook and exam answer sheet. The class is 8 hours long, followed by the exam which is limited to 2 hrs (most students complete the test between 1-1.5 hours). Students will receive notification via email of their exam results and can print their certificate online at the ServSafe.com website. Students must bring a photo ID and pencils for the exam. Lunch is on your own. Class starts 8am- ends 6pm
